A crash on Pacific Coast Highway at Crystal Cove in Newport Beach left one person dead and another hospitalized Wednesday morning. Several people called 911 to report the collision involving a white sedan and a truck at around 10:15 a.m., Newport Beach police said in a news release. The drivers of both vehicles were taken to a hospital. The driver of the sedan died as a result of their injuries, according to police.
